Great list - I know all stuff as I have been doing my own sites for the last 10 years. But am looking to hit the local market as I think the local market is easier to rank for than the globe?

The hurdle I have is pricing I am just crap at putting a price on the service I can offer. How do you approach clients & how much do you quote for the services you listed?
