Stealth account name and debt collectors???

i asked you because i would have checked in my database which i maintain on tech support, debt collection and IRS scam callers.

They are most probably trying to scare you into action, so you would reveal to them how to collect the money. If they show up or if they call you again say that you are not [Stealth Name] and don't answer ANY of their questions, give them zero info! When they ask you something, just ask them questions back like the persons name, the company's name and address of registration, so you can alert authorities about them harassing you and so on. Act annoyed with them as if they are uninvited sales man at your door and threaten to call the cops on them. Don't act scared or guilty and be quick to shut the door in their face. Also, most probably they will not show up at your door.

Why don't you call a local lawyer with experience in this area? Getting some real legal advice from a lawyer is your best bet.

I wouldn't speak to them or acknowledge them, especially if they aren't using your real name.
 
U less I put it down on the stealth account and forgot about it. Which is throwing me off how they got that?

I would but that can be costly attorneys aren't cheap
 
They're calling you to collect a debt, if what you are saying is true.
 
I am sure know you told them to stop calling or the person dont live here, and they put your number on a list not to call , i am sure it classed as harassment if they contact you now anyway.

Since the OP was asking last week on BHW the best way to anonymously make prank phone calls you would think he could smell an obvious prank. Someone saw his other thread and gave him a taste of prank and he couldn't connect the dots. Pretty funny!

Didn't even think about that but idk how someone would of gotten my phone number and I heard other people on the background also on the phone l. It sounded like thsi lady was in a office or call center
