Is there anyway I can "Steal" tweets from another parody account and automatically post it? The only software I own is Followliker

There is an "ethical" way of doing this, its called retweeting.

Probably not a good idea to that right now since twitter is really going hard and banning parody accts that steal jokss

Use Twidium Inviter - just specify an account that you want to copy tweets from as a tweet source... Or yes, use retweets

Yes, there is a way to scrape tweets. Our software can do that, it is the MB Tweet Edition if you want to check it out.

if only there's a software to get (steal) tweets from specific account, rewrite and post them automatically.... it would be better

You can scrape tweets from Tweet Attacks Pro 3 and you also also scrape followers of any account. you can take a trial of 3 days and scrape whatever you want.

follow using another account, and have someone good at php scrape it and convert to just text and post it using hootsuite software

I advise you don't that now since twitter is going all crazy and banning accounts with millions of followers just because they stole a few tweets like it was the first edition of The Great Gatsby
