Stealing Listing

What will happen if you steal other peoples listings (text, images, etc) on Amazon? I know ebay has something in their TOS, but I can't find anything on Amazon.

For one they might have a really good listing. But this is more of a hypothetical I've never stolen another person's listing. Also it would be good info to know if I ever find someone using my listing on Amazon.

Hey! To answer you question in short, no. They don't usually care about the listing, but when I am listing on Amazon I always make sure to change it up a bit from someone elses if they look the same! So my advice is to go at it, but make sure you change little bits and pieces of the listing just to make sure!

Also look at the listing and see if you can't change someone on it to make it look better! Maybe then you can get alot more attention on your listing!
