Startup Cost and How to Operate?

So I've dipped back and forth in between doing my research about SEO, SMM, etc. and I'm finally wanting to give it a try. I wanted to see if someone could better help me understand some things, because they just aren't making full sense to me.

1. How do you actually use multiple proxies? I've gathered that it's between using a phone, buying a VPS system and using proxies through there, etc. The VPS system makes the most sense in my brain.

2. Purchasing proxies, lets say I have 100 accounts, do I need to have a proxy for every single account? If so, would that mean the average rate of proxy cost lead me up to $300.00 roughly?

3. Aside from using 4 main components (SMM Panel, Bot, VPS, Proxy), and 2 sub components (Mass account creation, bot scraper) is there anything I'm missing that would be necessary to beginning an operation, or is there something that could be removed? I'm aware things like content generators exist, but I'm a firm believer that while all these tactics can be used, you ultimately can not sacrifice at least decent quality content.

4. Is it expected of me to also purchase multiple bots? If so, who is a good provider for this? I have my baseline product interest that I've explored.

5. If I were to go on the expedition to create all of these accounts on my own, how long would I have to wait to age an account? Is it more worth it to just purchase the accounts? Or is it really not that bad to create an account, wait, and then begin a warm up process?

6. Are all the tactics that I've researched on using the methods mentioned above applicable to use of growing a personal instagram in a music related niche? I'm a firm believer a movement still needs to occur in person, but are these tactics also capable of supplementing the beginning of a following and potentially income?

As far as from what I've gathered in terms of rough cost, a start up investment seems to me to be in a range of about $400 to $700. I'm interested in product recommendations, and if you want to keep this conversation private as to not expose secrets, my inbox is open to responses instead and would love to work with anyone, or if anyone would be kind enough to mentor and direct, I'd be very appreciative of bartering with services related to production, photoshop, and video editing, or just doing some good service for helpful people for free. 2. Yeah, the rule is to use 1 proxy per account. Maybe you can use 2 accounts on 1 proxy but it's not advisable cause it's more prone to bans.
4. It is expected, base on my experience. Most of the time bots are patched by the system your trying to exploit so you've got to create or find a new one that can bypass it.
5. I suggest just buy accounts, if you're going to create accounts you need it to age them and I bet you'll not want that.
