Starting successful journey

i think in this forum many user are so intelligent and much experienced i want to start my own journey with you tube + ad sense . i have little bit experience in youtube and got some payments want a member who help me in my journey. and make my journey successful i will pay him when i will earn and he can ad me in his plan .i will appreciate any good method thanks .sorry for bad english
