Starting my first dropshipping site

Do you know any updated getting started guides? Advice on how to get started right? What platforms ads to avoid? Niche sectors in vogue currently or at least how to find the right niche sector?

I have found little guides but they don't seem to say much about it and sometimes they were things already known or maybe it's my fault because I can't find what I want to know well.

So I decided to ask for help on this forum as there are certainly people much more experienced in the field than I am.
