starting ig journey and need some help

I'm starting an ig journey this week with approximately 30-40 accounts. I was just wondering how do you guys phone verify your accounts? I've been reading threw threads that say the free apps such as "text now" and similar ones no longer work. I know there's gotta be a way around this tho. Thanks in advance.
