Starting Blog (need your advice)

Hello guys!
I want to start my own blog. But i need little help from you.

I need some informations on what not to do (what can fck up my seo ranking).
If possible can you link me to some good article about this topic or
can you give me some advice from your own experience? Thanks!

I will do my own research in blogging section ofc but i want to be sure that i dont miss anything important.
 
Advertise on BHW
for good traffic first one on-page score is above 80 and site speed also next article quality is high and reliability. after that, you go for off page
you will get good traffic

Install Yoast plugin, that will help you with writing, obviously set up social media and post there
 
Just write useful articles with nice helpful content, not only keyword optimized text
And try to post something on social media that will get shared and brings you traffic
 
Write unique content, and do not copy other's content (duplicate content) + share your content in social media + try to make soicla profile + spy on competitors and finally have patient, because SEO need patient.

Don't try to buy backlinks. You will mess up your ranking.
 
Set up Yoast as it will help you a lot with your content. Don't overstuff with keywords - Yoast also helps with that. Try to post at least three times a week. Find original content - never copy from other sites. Use pictures in your blog posts, but make sure they are free or say who the author is under them.
 
If this is your 1st blog. Go slow and steady. Do get a good theme. Do not get overexcited and try to implement too many techniques, tools, or link building methods in 1 go. Things get bad pretty quickly when you try to do too much at once. Goodluck with your venture.

Use good quality content and make contextual link building, use social bookmarks.
 
The best way is to start blogging journey here and you will get lots of information, amazing tips and motivation from BHW members.
 
Blogging is good in a way only if you have patience. Sometimes, it will change take months or even years to build a real blog with the real audience. And, if in case you lose your heart or give up in between and didn't work all the efforts will go in vain.
 
Write for the people not for google. Create fresh and unique contents+ Share on social media+ build high quality backlinks. Be patient a good post may take long time. Creating effective posts is a journey.
 
A few tips:

  1. Measure everything. Learn from everything you do.
  2. Ask for help from others, but decide for yourself what advice to follow and what to discard. Writer’s join writer’s groups in order to get objective 3rd party perspective.
  3. SEO is useful but keep it in perspective. If you don’t know how to do it, don’t worry about it.
 
What to do :
* Make your blog clean and clear which looks legit, use plugins and remove the unnecessary things from it.
* Always put some quality contents on your blog to get better seo ranking.
* Make some good and attractive title posts to increase your post reach high.

What not to do :
* Never copy contents from anywhere. If you want to post something and don't know much about it then search about that thing and write short content for it with yourself, always avoid such contents with poor english and not making sense to the keyword and title.
* Don't buy cheap and poor quality backlinks.
* Your content should look legit, it shouldn't look exaggerated.
