hows the revenue model for this? Is it uilt into the OF platform?

Fully agree with you. A pimp in real life buys his girls a fur coat before he lets them wait in winter at a lantern for customers. Rather than expecting to find girls in the adult industry to initially work for free and to dream a dream, the virtual pimps need to invest and prove their skills.

Finding pics and vids of models, in particular in Germany, should not be an issue at all. The want-to-be e-pimp needs to monetize the material and pay a decent revenue share to prove his added value, if any.

It's best to start your own OF channel and keep booking new girls for your videos. Pay them for the shoots and earn from the subscriptions alone.

how does this even work? havent actually spent time on of. do you start a genre, like, college girls, then pay different college girls to get uploaded to your channel?

good and large of agencies take away access to the account from the girl, but give the opportunity to view statistics at any time

OF agency usually starts with a content creator with an audience and a guy who manages profile, because the models themselves are too lazy to do rooting posting or DMs selling pictures.

Sometimes models boyfriend becomes such a manager. However, it's doesn't matter much who will represent the model, but the more sense makes the target audience resource. Making OF profile with no name model almost has zero chances for success. Starting with a model with around 5-10k followers on Instagram could bring $2-3k monthly.

Then the only goal is growing the target audience little by little with all available opportunities, for example on Reddit, Twitter or Instagram. Collaboration or SFS with the other creators could be useful also. There are many group chats on Telegram for such exchange.

Sooner or later, another model could be attracted to such an agency multiplying revenue from sharing the big spenders.

You can also run google ads for specific search queries like "onlyfans agency" "onlyfans marketing" with a slick lander and website also gets you a good amount of leads

You need to advertise as modeling agency. You can not use word Onlyfans on ads as it is trademarked and also indicates sexwork.

Wasn't having issues running for "OnlyFans" in headline or description ever when directly sending traffic to my models page but even with trademarked terms you can run them if you obfuscate the words to make it look like the term but it not being the trademarked term everyones doing it this way

You'll need to do a lot of digging and research. All the best cam girls are taken.

I am 100% agreed with you…
With fresh model we help them to start their OF for first time… we invest so much time and money to promote and when they have enough subscribers then they just hire someone with low rate and just dump us like nothing…

You guys seem to struggle with the structure of your agency. Contracts exist to prevent this.
