I want to start an Onlyfans Agency based in germany but I'm not opposed to recruiting girls from various countries. I have multiply questions regarding this topic.
First of I've seen quite a few ways to promote models when found, through tiktok, twitter, instagram and reddit. But I'm interested in ways to recruite creators or even better models that don't have an OF account as of now.
I've also seen various ways contracts could work. I'm not opposed to working hard everyday!

I've seen few different types. One that would start with a 10% share of the income so long the income is between $0-$1000. After that $1000-$10000 income would be 15% share, so basically a 5% increase until 50% is reached. Or having a set 50% share.

First you need to find out what you can offer to girls. Not much use to get a girl aboard just to lose her week after when she realizes she is not getting paid.
Grow your social network, marketing connections, find a reliable sexter-provider, onlyfans wall manager.

Smart girls do know the potential in agencies, but smart girls also realize when someone just wants a cut for no work.

What are your thoughts on how to realize it in practice? As I know, the OF account is binded to girl's ID, so she can get rid of you in any minute. Where are guarantees, that she's gonna give you your share as you put enough effort on marketing?

Btw, for scouting my first thought was - Tinder. Using premium you can choose right geo to search for girls, then there are some scripts in gethub allowing you to like thousands of girls per day automatically, then you need to create a script phrase that you gonna message to them, offering the partnership.
