Starting a TikTok follower bot to write

Hello everyone,
The following is what I have been programming for 5 years now. I find the topic of bots very exciting, but unfortunately I don't know much about the topic.
I thought I would start attributing a follow bot. I wanted to ask how to get started? So I would have said you can create a temp email and use it to automatically create a TikTok profile with which you can then follow a specific user.
But what do I use to write Python? As I said, it would be nice if you could advise me. I would be happy to deal with it, but I can't find any help.
