Starting a SEO Company - Thoughts & Advice?

IMO start with major 1 or 2 services that local clients looking for. Invest less money and more time.

So, how is it going? I am thinking the same thing....I have already clients, I just need to learn how to truly help them rank.....

Well where would I (as a potential customer) search for a SEO-Agency... at the top entries (best unpaid) of google.

So I would make sure that my offer is good and easy to find. Make your homework concerning the important keywords and their competition. A Flyer for selling online service works only with very „traditional“ business owners who won‘t pay much for „such a technical thing with the internet or so...“
