I don't like using Bing just because of their volume. Once I optimize a campaign in AdWords, I copy and paste all the keywords and ad content over into a Bing campaign and run it from there.

But no, I have access to large PPL payouts.

I set up 10 accounts to repin my main accounts pins where my link is under every pin, and I got 2 visits last week. Also I following around 400 people a day and my follower rate is steadily decreasing. wtf?! that 2 visits stayed on the site for 3 min tho...
 
A very detailed click bank money making method but OP why did you say the following niches should be avoided; adult, dating, binary, forex. I think you need to justify your reasons.

Try all, and you'll see what is the best traffic source for your niche. And this is only one method there are just multiple ways to drive traffic to your offers.

Because 99% of the products in those niches are scam. Secondly, they are just harder to promote for a newbie.
 
The sweet spot for promoting Clickbank products is gravity between 20 - 50. Products in this range are are not too competitive.
