first fix your website its not loading
you can start promoting on different social media platforms and you can also go for paid advertising like adwords, bing etc

Social media will be the best way to driving the traffic. Start to promote your page over your social media accounts and make some paid advertising.

What type of site you are using? Site niche?
If its a blog then write unique blog post which have low competition and keep writing your blog on ever 1 or 2 days for 3 month but your blog post must have 1000 word article and don't forget to share it on social site, fb, twitter and reddit.
After 3 month, Check your visitor hits/history and you will be shocked to see that you have a lots of visitors.
This is used by me in past, Now I don't have a time so I no longer do this.

Buy fb page and start spamming to fb groups related to your niche. Social media is the way to get massive amounts of traffic in no time. However remember, ýou must not give a single penny to that greedy monster Zuckerberg! Whatever they say to you know this, fb ads are worthless! In order to have some results with fb ads you will need to mortgage your house and sell your kidney. You need a fb page with at least 30-50k likes to make cash. If you grow this amount with fb ads targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries you will have to sell your kidney, as I already told you. So instead of making the greedy hippie even richer, you must buy a fb page (open thread here, there are lots of people who will sell you some of their fb pages for a fair price) and spam every single group, related to you niche.
Off course you can try SEO. It can give you more targeted traffic that converts well, however if you don't understand how to do it, you can wait years before you receive some miserable traffic. Or you will have to spend some cash for someone else to do it for you (probably lots of cash).

Please fix some problems in your website before attempting to get traffic. One problem that I spot is "Privacy police". Its suppose to be "Privacy Policy". This may seem like a minor spelling mistake but it could drive potential customers away because it looks unprofessional

All depends on your goal - if you plan to monetize, buying traffic will help you start making money faster.
But don't rush unless your site is completely done, has enough content and ads already on it.
Still, no matter what your purpose is - SEO & Social media is a good way to get traffic to a site.

If the competition on google for your keyword is low, you could try using SEO to rank and get traffic, or a simpler way to get traffic is to write a few interesting posts on your blog , then share the articles in Facebook groups related to your target audience.
