You can start using Instagram. Find "influencers" in your niche, nobody too big. Contact them and come to a deal where they do a shout out, in exchange for you product. You will find many people willing to do this if you look.

Yeah you can do instagram influence ads. This means you pay members on instagram to promote your product to there followers. You can try Google adwords. Google adwords which is similar to facebook. You can try Bing which again is like Google adwords. Also Ebay

FB Ads are definitely a great source of traffic if you know how to use them and how to optimize them. Otherwise, as mentioned above, Instagram Ads is great and probably your 2nd best choice if you don't want to use FB Ads, and combined with the right influencers you can get much traffic. Niche related forums are also an excellent source.
