I wanna start a long form YouTube Video channel so I can get monetized and earn with adsense. But I have little to no money. Maybe like $25 max. Are there free AI tools to create videos?
I have no money and only time on the weekends.

There are a couple of free tools, and some very cheap good quality paid apps, (amoungst some very expansive over rated choices) for animation software. Flippa clip, i think is the easiest, and i've seen some pretty good result with it.

If you want to make fun things that people watch you need to put in the hours, everyone and their moma is making ai videos, so there is no better than anyone possiblity you can have with those.

Your own creations and imagination though, (no matter how badily or crudly animated) can be a supreme viral hit.

I think going the AI route these days is a bad move, people seem to be growing more and more tired of AI slop. Get creative with it, starting a gaming channel for example doesn’t require much of a budget if you already have a console/rig.

But yea like other people I would suggest to start a real channel with you on the main screen, or to do it with free stock videos, it depends on what exactly you want to do the channel about.

You can start a channel using your voice over with AI or royalty free images. There are many creators going this route as it's easy and safer than other options like complete AI generated content.

You can make videos with free AI tools, and focus on posting regularly to grow your channel even with no budget.

Free tools can’t help you create long, high-quality videos. You should increase your budget and purchase a licensed plan to get the best tools to support your work.

Get a google cloud account with the money available

Or use 10 USD to get a card and enables you to get a Google cloud account
Veo 3 on Google cloud should get you somewhere

I completely understand the struggle of starting a YouTube channel with a limited budget, elliot_. While free AI tools can be a good starting point, it's true that they may not be enough to create high-quality, long-form videos. However, I'd like to suggest exploring some affordable alternatives, such as using royalty-free images or voice-overs with AI-generated backgrounds. Has anyone tried using Veo 3 on Google Cloud, as mentioned earlier, and can share their experience with it? Additionally, what type of content are you planning to create for your channel, as this might help us provide more tailored advice?

If I were you, I’d start by editing videos and uploading them as Shorts in a single niche. Do this until you reach around 5,000 subscribers it usually takes about 2–4 months. At that point, you can sell the account and make some money. After that, you can focus on launching your own channel.

You can also run the same strategy on 5 accounts in parallel. That way, you’ll build a bigger budget to properly launch and grow your main channel.

Honestly I have no idea what type of channel or videos I could start.
I do have a job, but it doesn't leave me with too much extra money.

yes it is possible, but it would be a little slow since you'd be using free credits on a day to day basis. best if you test waters first before paying for credits to see if it fits your needs
