I'm interested learning about how to stack domain authority?

Some people are claiming that PR is not as relevant as DA, do you agree?

What are the best practices to get domain authority stacked?

Here is simple formulla

Try it in your secondary site not on money site

1) Buy gig for massive blog comment
2) When you get your report, disavow complete list in google WMT

You will get big link juice which will be used only for DA and Google will ignore all value so you will be safe
