Looking for guidance on starting a stream farm. Have 20 physical phones and mobile proxies readily available. Is there a already existing bot that can work with physical phones to stream music or would I need to pay a developer to create a software?

Both are possible. You will probably have to look around a bit as these bots can be somewhat hard to find when you consider the fact that a good bit of them are of poor quality, some even scams, so just be cautious about it when finding your solution would be me advice.

I recommend working with a dev if you can find someone who is capable and experienced in this area. They do need to be able to provide you with updates though.
 
just make a python script using adb-shell and Appium that automates it to act like a human they it doesn't get flagged its pretty simple to make and get setup and i believe you can find open sourced codes out there on github and watch some youtube videos if you dont wanna pay someone to do it
