Spinning Twitter messages + Wrong language = Bad Seo?

Good day everyone

My Blog has a sitewide Wordpress Widget which shows the latest 10 Twitter Feeds for a specific keyword. The Website is German but most of the time the Twitter Posts are English or any other language.

So my question:
Will the "wrong" language destroy my german Google Rankings somehow?
Does the Spinning Twitter Messages work with google?

The feed is changing all the time, its dynamic. I doubt it will effect your rankings. I think google bots should be able to recognize a Twitter feed. There are millions of multilanguage sites around...
