Sources for good, unique YouTube video content...

This will sound like a noob question (and in some sense it is), but does anyone know a good, consistent place or method to scrape (either by footprint, filetype or other), find and rip unique video content from other sites or online repositories or open directories for usage in re-posting on YouTube?

I know about the old metacafe and vimeo ripping/reposting methods already. Looking for a more 'out of the way' source, if you take my meaning...

(of course, if someone has such a source, they may be reluctant to share it... understandable... so feel free to PM me off thread if this applies to you and you feel so inclined)
