I’m looking for a developer to create a SoundCloud plays bot.

Requirements:
- Ability to import and use my own proxy list in host : port : user : pass format
- Option to set a target number of plays per song
- Support for random time delays between actions (random pause between min X and max Y seconds)
- Ability to run multiple songs
- Display live progress (success count: 1/1000)
- Stop button to cancel any active song at any time
- Most importantly: it must register plays on SoundCloud
