Well the accounts are jacked obviously, and the person doing this is also using hacked accounts. I am not really sure if it's allowed to resell something jacked on this forum, I really need to look at the rules again

I've seen someone doing it a year ago. These accs don't live long but they do make some profits in 1-2 days.
Here's another doing it. As of the time of this post it has 11.520 million comments. Let's see how much longer before the post/acct is deleted.

Exactly. This isn't something new. There was a big craze over it, a bunch of verified accounts got hacked and IG patched. Verified accounts were allowed to do unlimited mentions. Got patched. Then there was a way to bypass the rate limit on the mentions, that got patched. So expect this to patched more than likely pretty soon.
