Only way to get it removed is to contact police who will find the uploader and then get it removed.
Step 1: Open the Facebook social network application and find an account to report.
Step 2: On the account interface, select the 3 -dot icon in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Choose the issue you want to report such as "fake other people", "fake name", "harassing or bullying".
Step 4: Finally, select the "finished" item to complete.

You can report it to facebook but there is very less chances of reply of action being taken. One way to get it removed is through legal route.

If what you say is true, you can contact the support department to complain about fake accounts so Fb can look into it.
