Someone using my sister's photos in Facebook

Hello guys, Someone is using my sister's photos on her Facebook account and spamming people. How do I get rid of the profile? Thank you.

Report the account? That's not something easy to deal with. FB can ban the fake account, but the pictures are already saved by the spammer , so before anything make private your sister's profile.
 
Your account has been hacked, please tell your sister to lock that account
 
You should report the account for doxing. If the user tried to scam her friends or used her name, it'll be even more serious issue. You should try to identify the purpose of the user. If it's for adult marketing, reporting multiple accounts using your sister's images will stop them from further using them. If it's for maligning her reputation, revenge, or scam, then you may need to take legal action.
 
I've experienced on two ocassions where (not myself) an account has been hacked and when reported to Facebook, they literally do NOTHING.

Someone hacked my Mother-In-Law's account, locked her out - we've reported it on many different profiles and messaged facebook directly - NOTHING.

Facebook is total crap when it comes to recovering your account.
 
Reporting to FB for identity theft at first if not then you can report to your local authorities (assuming you have normal functional police authorities in your country).
 
report the account and make sure your sister report it too there is no other way to do it and wait until support abn that guy using your sister photos.
 
You should report that account for illegally using your sister's image and ask them to block that account.
 
Report this crap immediately, with all due respect, they even use pictures of women to chat with men!
 
You should report his account and tell Facebook support team that he is misusing your sister's photos, this will block his Facebook account but this is not a proper solution, he should create another account. Kar will then miss use these photos and thus how many accounts will you get blocked. It is better that you find this person and talk to him to end the matter.

Please report that account for using other people's images. That account will be locked, bro
