I am a newbie for SEO. I would be grateful if someone can answer my question.


If I want to release a press release, do I have to find an intermediary agency to help release it? Because I see that there are a lot of digital marketing companies that can publish PRs. Do they public the articles on the same platform as a PR agency as newswire/ Prnasia?

Unless you have a real boom that will get anyone's attention, agencies will definitely help and speed up the process just be aware of scams nobody is gonna get your story in any reputable publication for peanuts.
 
You can check BHW threads. there is someone offering Prs for sure. Maybe i have seen a thread few days back.
 
Yes, they use the same PR distribution sites like newswire.
They will just write a PR and distribute it through one of those PR sites.

I mean press release, not high PR sites. I've tried to contact the journalists who have published articles on press release website, but there was no reply. That's why I thought of the intermediary agency

Glad to hear good feedback like this. A press release service sounds like what kaeru is looking for: creating, good keyword research, and distribution to top-tier sites. You don't need an agency for this.
