Someone know a good proxy provider for ZoomInfo?

I'm scraping the ZoomInfo public pages.
I'm dealing with the ip blocking problem.

I found FineProxy.org that is reliable and cost-efective, but its IPs are all blocked by ZoomInfo.

I found ProxyMesh that works fine, but it goes too expensive since they charge per GB transfer.

Someone else know a solution for this?
