Someone is spam commenting in my Instagram page

Hey guys,

In the past 3 days I see users who post the same comment over and over again on a certain post in my Instagram page.
The comment structure looks something like this: "keyword, WWW DOMAIN COM" and its coming from different users with private profiles, same comment on the same post over and over again.

At first I deleted those comments but they kept coming so I started blocking them.

My questions is:
1. Why would they do that stupid commenting over and over again on the same post? and with a domain address that is not even clickable.
2. Why all these profiles are private? does it helps them not getting flagged by Instagram?
3. What can I do to block this kind of commenting on my page?

simply block " WWW " with spaces and their domain.

The person is probably running the same list on their IG bot for all accounts. Rookie mistake.

Before do that, are you sure you don't have any malware installed on your computer or some plugin/add-on on browser that can being spy you and send all your history data or social media to spammers?

Download MalwareBytes and use AdwCleaner and make sure you don't have any malware on your computer. And if you are receiving spam is because you have fake "followers" in your account maybe, or it can be your link of your instagram is on Google, make a search on google and put your link of your instagram and see results.

If you are doing or ask for followers on forums, blogs with your url profile is a quite normal you are being a target by any extractor software that search for specify "keywords" or "domains" like Email extractor but for social media.

I advise you to avoid any fake and bots followers, that is what happens when you do that

Sounds like they haven't synced processed_items across multiple accounts.
