A very rich escort girl's boss wants me dead.
All he knows is my phone number and he knows how I look. He captured my face from one security camera. (No name, no address)

He tried to contact me a few times(Trought my phone number and VIBER and WHAT'S APP) - I never answered the calls.
Tomorrow I'm going to one of my phone carrier's office and I'm changing my phone number.

Is there a way he can track me?

And how can I cover all my tracks?

Feel free to give ANY advice!

Changing phone number won't help you. Go to the police.

There must be a level of police you can reach, that takes care of mafia related stuff.

Otherwise leave your area or arm yourself (not always possible)
 
I would suggest you change the number and buy a gun. Whenever I'm in trouble I keep my gun with me. Police really suck, until they find out what's going on, you might be dead. So at least you feel a bit more comfortable.

Pretty much what I would do as well, if someone wanted me dead, and they had infiltrated the police. Basically you are screwed in that case. Unless you are more dangerous than the guy that wants you dead of course; in that case, go pay him a visit.
