Hello guys,
I wanna launch my new website but have few questions.

1. Is moving hosting provider after your site ranked hurts it's ranking?

2. Which would be better AWS EC2 or LightSail for long term and high load traffic at minimal price?

3. Any free Cpanel available for VPS?

Thanks for your help.

Make sure migration is fast nothing will happen

2. Which would be better AWS EC2 or LightSail for long term and high load traffic at minimal price?

if your planning to launch LAMP anything is good or LMP + Nginx also good with AWS

3. Any free Cpanel available for VPS?

Free ? that is not possible if i am not wrong 14$ is monthly license for cpanel. and you have to manually edit firewall of AWS to install Cpanel or you will get so many issues.
Instead try Webuzo cheaper compared to Cpanel.

But still I wanna know which would be better and flexible for making website EC2 or lightsail for WordPress blog/magazine?

there is no much difference bro but easy example is EC2 is manual type you can tune how you want. Lightsail is limit and quicker for starters.
both have equal performance and both share same data centers

Yes you can find many free alternatives for cPanel which can easily be deployed on aws services. one is centos control panel.

You will need to first launch an instance in Amazon Web services > then go to AWS marketplace > search for CentOS and install CentOs on it. Once you've done that then install CWP by following this link http://centos-webpanel.com/installation

Exactly, use alternative of cPanel,
CentOS web panel is good. Currently I am using it with my VPS.
