Some Doubts about my E-commerce Site.

Hello Fellow internet marketers.
I have few doubts about my On page of my e-commerce site.
I have an e-commerce site which sells Cakes, Pastries and cookies online.
As an internet marketer earlier i created an affiliate account on a site which has a huge collection of all the online shops which sells pastries and cakes.
I changed my On page, Started my activity on Social Sites on full swing.
But my Affiliate Account for Products are getting ranked on 1st Page of Google. Though i want to rank my main E-Commerce Website.
Please can anyone guide me on this.

You have problem in OnPage of your ecommerce site?put your metas related to your shop.
eg.-buy cakes online.

These are my Keywords
cake shop, cupcakes, cakes online, novelty cakes, cake shops, cake delivery, order cake online, custom cakes, ice cream cakes, birthday cakes online, kids birthday cakes, birthday cakes to order, online birthday cakes, chocolate chip cookies, celebration cakes, the cake shop

These keywords are on My E-commerce site.
And i have listed Products in my affiliate account.

My affiliate account page is ranking on 1st page and E-commerce site is ranking on the 3rd page.

well just start building links to your actual page. How new is the site? You can put a lot of effort and start getting better results. Your affiliate probably has better juice in google's eyes right now thats all.
