Solutions for dynamic ip internet for CL Marketing

I currently have AT&T U-Verse and am looking to setup my own dsl setup with ip changer software installed for CL marketing.

The problem is that I have U-Verse and they arent really a dynamic ip dsl service. I also do not have the ability to order Direct DSL from AT&T any longer since we upgraded to U-Verse.

So I have an option of ordering a secondary dsl service with a third-party like DSL Extreme or ClearWire, getting dial-up, setting up a dedicated system at my grandmothers house who has Direct DSL from AT&T and paying for it.

Anyone know if the above providers are actually dynamic ip, and if they have a large enough pool to work for my needs? Any other solutions available other than finding a rDSL rental?

From what I understand all you have to do is call AT&T up and tell them to switch your IP from static (default) to dynamic..
 
AT&T uverse won't change your ip, its static, no option to change it frequently
 
Because of ATT and their bullshit switch over to Uverse I'm now having to rent RDSL lines. It's a pain in the ass going from 3 dsl lines for 90 dollars a month to 3 RDSL lines for 900 a month.
 
Are you positive Uverse doesnt allow IP change? Did you call support?
 
Don not spend money and try to join this group....the guy has stroked me for a month now and i still am not hooked up.....
 
U-verse has a static IP, do not waste your time with that, it won't work.
If need a reliable DSL provider, pm me
 
I would also like to know a good private proxy service for use with account creation

If you want to market on CL, the only way to go is with RDSLs. We have 20+ DSL lines in different cities. Contact me via skype or PM. We do not charge for the service, as it is free to join.

ATT uses a "sticky" IP system, which is a form of dynamic IP. It is dynamic, but only changes when a new MAC address is connected to the service. They have to switch the connection at the main NOD switch, which requires a tech to come to the box where everything comes together near your home.
