Solution for Facebook Fan Page Creating Problem

Hello friends,

Facebook is very strict on creating new fan page recently.

Most accounts can't create it, only very strong accounts can do it.

So we are using following solution to fix this problem:

1. Using very strong account A to create the fan page;
2. The normal account B ( Can't create new page) adds A as friend;
3. A invites B as admin of the new created fan page with full control;
4. B accepts the invitation;
5. A removes access so that B has full control of the new created fan page.

This solution needs a very strong account which can create new fan pages for help.

Facebook has definitely tightened page creation. Your workaround makes sense, but FB is unpredictable lately. I’ve noticed warmed, active accounts still perform best. Curious to see if anyone finds a simpler, long-term method.
 
Yeah FB is super strict with new page creation now Your strong account creates then hands over method is the most reliable workaround Ive seen so far
 
This workaround might still function, but it puts both accounts at risk since it sidesteps facebooks checks. Warming up the weaker account with normal, consistent activity is safer and usually restores page creation access on its own.

A cleaner approach is to build some trust signals on the account first. Once the profile shows steady, human like behavior, page creation usually unlocks without needing to shuffle access between accounts.
 
It seems like facebook is tightening things across the board. Sometimes using the business suite to request access to an existing page or asset helps refresh account permissions so it might be worth checking that route before relying on another users account strength.
 
This limitation has been happening quite a bit lately. I don't use the cross-account method, but I've found that when an account has a stable login history, verified credentials, and no unusual device or IP changes, it's usually possible to create a Page without any issues.
 
I see Meta is reviewing accounts more closely before allowing new assets. I don't use any strong account tricks, but keeping the profile active and avoiding sudden actions often helps. If the feature is still blocked, contacting support or giving the account some time is usually the most reliable solution.
 
accounts with long history and reputation still have the ability to create pages and I also use that way of transferring pages for new accounts, thanks for sharing.
 
It appears that Meta is now reviewing accounts more strictly before allowing new assets. While I don’t use any specific tactics, maintaining an active profile and avoiding abrupt activity generally helps. If the feature remains unavailable, contacting support or waiting a bit is typically the most dependable approach.

we are using multiple strong accounts to create new pages for new accounts to reduce the risk.

it's really too difficult to restore page creation access on new accounts.

we tried to warm up new accounts for more than one month and they still can't create new pages.
 
Once A got banned, every fanpage that was ever created from A will get hit too, even if you’ve already revoked access of A, is this correct?

No. Once A removed access from the Page. B has full control of the page. I don't think Facebook will link profile A and B.

I also created a fan page using old Facebook profiles.

Strong accounts can open the door but it basically creates a dependency loop. If the new accounts cant earn page access on their own after a month it usually means the trust score is just too low.
 
Currently, Meta tends to be more thorough in reviewing accounts when allowing new asset creation. While there's no specific trick, maintaining a consistently active profile and avoiding sudden changes usually yields good results. If problems persist, contacting Support or patiently waiting is often the most reliable option.
