Bought this domain from godaddy, its 8 character domain ".com", a year and half ago.

No authority or backlinks, but Name is unique.

I knew this one worth something and this week a guy offered a deal, and its sold now.

Never miss to invest in good domain names, it always get you good deal.

Pro tip: Buy domains if you can be build something on it by yourself, incase if not goes to your plan. It always helps me from choosing the useless names.

Cheers,

Cosmo

how much you sold for it?

Congrats. It's always nice the first sale. Hand reg or expired?

Yea without saying how much you sold for we have no point of reference...did it take you a year to make a $20 sale?

How did you sell it ? How did the buyer found you / your domain? Can you give more details?

I feel is Your luck.
to be honest I have seem some bro also buy over some good domain name but so far never get to flip for profits

There is a lot of opportunities over there. You have to find a good name, high da domain or high trust flow. If the domain has one of the 3 before you can invest. If it has all the 3 is a great deal.

I'm also wanted to sell the two years old domain, domain name is good for muscical industrY.
How much you got?

You need to put it out there to people to see and noticed.

but worry part is no body buy, if you happen get numbers of domains.
Yes cost for it not say high yearly subscription but well. I not expert on this. I actually wanna do it but it seem have to research a lot come Domain name.
some times really also depend on luck.

let say before Covi19 , you happen got a domain like Virus, or got any thing close to Covi19 name Might strike

Congrats. Do you think, other extensions with a nice brandable flow have any value?

Have some of them, but don't know much about domaining and if they have any value compared to .com/.net, etc.

My congrats. I think that the price should depend on the niche you operate within, because in some other areas, not everyone is ready to spend such amount of money.
Good luck on further sales!
