Looking for some software recommendations, no trolling.

    1. What would you recommend for tracking keyword rankings? The challenge that I have is that the SERPs for my niche (IT Support) are regional. Huge differences between NY Metro and Chicago. National firms (like IBM) are on the first page as are local/regional companies. We are regional, and but we want to go national, and I'd like to see the SERPs in different parts of the country. Does anything like this exist?
    2. After doing my research, I am going to invest in Ultimate Demon. What else do I need to buy to go with it if I'm doing the Matthew Woodward tiered thing? I am trying to stay in the "light" grayhat realm as this is a corporate site.

If you want to track keywords ranking, I suggest you to pay a small subscription fee and get rankwatch. My company is using it and I find it very flexible and accurate in ranking.
