Is there any software that can collect payments only when a precise number of users agreed to buy something on my ecom/fb page?
I need of a software/payment gateway like the ones used in sites likes kickstarter or groupon.
For example the software must collect the money only if 10 users or more agreed to buy a product from my ecom / fb page. Otherwise not a cent will be charged.
Is it possible to do it with Stripe or Paypal? If not, how much could cost to build a software like this in your opinion?
