Soccer Live Streaming Website

Hi guys, i want to make a live streaming soccer website but i have problems finding:

1) a tutorial online on how to stay legally safe (if it's doable)

and/or

2) a related wordpress template

and/or

3) someone to outsource the work

I'm a little in hurry 'cause i would create this before the end of august

1) It's not legal really if you're offering links / streams that you don't have a contract to broadcast. Go with offshore hosting that ignores DCMA etc.

2) Find a similar site and run it through a WP theme checker, to see what the theme is and which plug-ins are used.

3) Hire A Freelancer on here, or a freelancer site.

you can't make it legal .... thats the problem and uefa is quite strict and active in taking pages and youtube videos down.
