So what am i doing wrong?

ok so i am currently just about homeless, i recently lost my job, and im trying to do site flipping in order to kinda survive till i find another job. i have made several sites, but none really do well i have sold like 4 of them (which took about a year) i did keyword research and all. but still not really selling all the well. mainly making like 30 bucks on sites. so this time i decided to create a website on legend of zelda i honestly cant sit and hope its going to make money i need to know what i need to do to make this site actually worth something. i have been working on this site the last few weeks. its not completely done. i just wanted to add some stuff till i got it finished. (also this is the first site that i am making through dream weaver usually i use wordpress.. so this site is taking me longer then usual. but i need to see if there are any tricks i can do to help me make more worthy of sites. cause honestly im starting to lose hope. any help would be appreciated

lol honestly i am alot smarter then working at a place like that. but even if i tried nowhere is hiring right now -_-
