Snapchat Stories on Youtube?

This may be a stupid question but I just couldn't figure it out myself. Is it okay to upload snapchat stories to Youtube - not your own but famous people for example.
It probably violates some copyright rules right?

Yes that's absolute copyright. It's like making a video yourself with your iphone, that footage is taken by you and therefore copyrighted by you unless you give the rights to someone else. Snapchat is just another video social media app, so any footage taken by the Snapchatter is copyrighted by the person who took it.

So let's say you post Kim Kardashians snapchat stories on YouTube. There is a very high chance that the video will get taken down and your YouTube channel would get a copyright strike. But, there is also a chance that her manager or whoever is in charge of her social media stuff won't care and just let you off the hook, even if the video becomes viral, but this would only happen if you turn ads off for the video and you get lucky.

Famous celebrity snaps can lead you into danger instead that if you can find snaps of normal users then you wont get in danger as they won't claim copyright infringement upon you.
Then you could created compilations videos.

Good idea! That could be a way to do it. I'm just brainstorming niche ideas so that's why questions like this pops up.
