For android phone this works for me:
1) Post from camera roll
2) Save the Snapchat post from your story, it will end up saved in memories
3) Delete this story
4) Post again from memories

That's not possible anymore.
But you could share your Snapchat accounts with one of the known Snapchat SaaS bots, to schedule "fake live content" without this remark to run autopilot 24/7 in the background.

This should work for every phone:
- Have a photo of what you want to upload saved recently (somewhere on your phone)
- Go to the snapchat search bar
- Type in "Upload Move"
- You will see one thing with yellow Background and a hand with some arrows
- Click on it and let i load
- Choose picture, resize it
- Done
