I'm not able to run my ads on snapchat ads, every time I upload an ad, I get the warning that my ad or ACCOUNT violates snapchat's guidelines, I live in Brazil, but I use US vpn and Incogniton, at first I suspected that the problem was the location where I made the ads, but I couldn't target any country in the world, I use the web version on my windows computer to access the account.
I've tried contacting support, but they send me a generic message.
I thought maybe the problem was in the copy or the image, but I tried with a simple phrase and a completely white image and I couldn't do it either.
Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Bro check your ads video maybe its againt rules
 
I've checked and changed it several times, I think the problem is with my account

I test with a Youtube shorts like Guitar tutorial shorts

If they approve it it means it your Ad that is the issue

I have already carried out this test and it was still rejected, I have already created several accounts and I always get the same problem, I don't know what to change in my account, I am using prepaid payment and my "company" is located in the USA, the same place I am trying to carry out my ads .
Which country do you run snapchat ads for?

Maybe your IP is flagged that's why Snapchat doesn't allow you to place ads. That's the only thing I can think of.

Hey man, did you solve the issue? Facing the same problems. Got 3 different Business Manager. Prepay today to each of them $, like, 2000 per each, one got disabled and i appel on it and waiting for reply. Other 2 , just the same as yours.
 
They detect your VPN most likely, or maybe your account is flagged when it was on the phone. Contact their support or test in an aged snapchat account (u can buy in panels) first to see if its ur acc or not.

well, i'm not sure about that, i'm using clean socks and it was worked before, i spent more than 1000$ on 2 diferrent business managers.
 
What did you try to promote? Like which kind of website or product?

i'm promoting gambling with IOS apps, i understand that it can violate policy, but, i had no problems last few days, spent about 1000$ allready and it works fine.
today i started new campaign on ne business manager and it's just didn't go to moderation, rejected after few second, but account is written as active, and i have credit on it, but nothing work)

and also, today i created a brand new Business manager, with well warmed profile, and i also put credit on it with the same card. maybe it's because of that. i spoke to support - he just said - send a ticket and closed the chat.

I haven't been able to solve it yet, I'm in the same situation, 2 accounts with prepaid credits, but I can't upload any ads

I didn't log in on my cell phone, I created the account and accessed it directly from my computer.
Their support doesn't answer me anymore

I solve it today. Sent like 5-7 emails to support. 1 BM was disabled, i think it's because of him. After they enabled those BM , other 2 BM with prepay is became active and now it's working.

That sucks man, Snapchat itself really pissed me off when I did marketing. Hope you find a solution.
