Sms or mail chat operator system fake profiles site (looking for)

Sorry if this is placed in the wrong section.

For a while now I've been looking for a script / platform to run a dating site with fake profiles. Once a client wants to talk with a girl he buys messages trough sms and starts talking with the profile which is actually a operator. I think you'll know what I'm talking about.

Probably the best way is to someone custom build this for me but I've seen out of the box solutions just can't find them anywhere except for white labels which I'm not looking for, more want to offer this myself.

A complete system with moderators, operators, subchats which i can rent out etc.

If someone can point me in the right direction i would be most grateful.

If you wanted to build it yourself you should look at TWILIO it's effectively an web API for SMS/VOICE/VIDEO. I'd perhaps start it low-key to check your functionality works and buy cheap pay as you go phone numbers and reply from these. If it works look for the dev, this way you can build site from a template and use normal profiles + real phones to reply.

Jelloman, if you are still around and looking into this I know of a script that offers some of what you are looking for, and I also have a client list of close to 1,000 clients who are high paying clients on other dating sites. I also have contact details for around 150 operators who want text chat jobs and have worked with several leading premium rate chat services and dating sites over the past 14 years, so I know all the tips and tricks to make sure the clients keep coming back over and over again.
I would consider doing the same site myself but feel it needs a good developer you can trust to build what you need, and a great marketer to run the advertising side as the client list can be substantially grown with a few techniques I know about but not the experience in.
Would certainly consider partnering up with the right person who has the right tools (development and marketing) available to help operate it.
