they apparently refunded my orders and payment back to my card which i will find out in 5-7 working days and they have offered compensation which i am happy to accept and if this is done properly then i am happy to say my case is solved

You joined 3 days ago, to tell everyone how great smmfollows.com is and they are giving you a refund PLUS a bonus, well aren't you the knight in Shining Armour (Allbeit a paid one) lol lol

I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months and still have nothing.

Obviously i want a refund, but the refund is not the point, its the time we spend sending countless tickets just to be sent the same answer, but in stead of it coming from Sheila it comes from Mark. Smmfollows are just waiting for people will get tired of the run around and just give up.

These guys are not professional and in my opinion should be banned from this forum.

and I'm sorry that you lost your time with us recently we was facing some difficulties with twitter services
here is the proof of refund to your bank card we sent it 3 days ago to the bank but they just executed it yesterday it may take some time to reach your bank if need anything else please let me know .

maybe open a shit list then as i did.. i may have joined 3 days ago but i had another account on here for several years just don't remember the user and password. ur issue is not my issue, i dealt with my issue with the help of this site so this site is my knight in shining armour because smm follows was taking the absolute piss with my orders.

oh i just noticed you're also a part of this shit list thread, I opened many tickets too. kept getting told 24 48 hours refill for ages. messed up my youtube video release. piss poor service

Same problem on my end when it comes to the redirects but it appears as if they fix the problem right now according to the support team and that the panel will be back online again shortly. As for my personal experience, and I have placed a lot of orders with them, I can not complain at all about the quality delivered or even about not receiving a paid service.

They tried this morning to steal in my account.
But my Bank blocked.
I never made any transaction at 8.40AM.
Here the proof from their wix account.
It' s in Italian but you can translate easly

the cards payments are being made with the payment gateway we don't have any access to them we are not scammers

we use this company https://connectum.eu/ to process card payments , it's totally impossible for us to see our clients cards
and we don't have any relation with Wix you may ask them about why they charged your card
 
It's actually concerning how many SMM panels have had shit lists open up against them recently. Is good customer support not a thing anymore?
