Man, I hate to pile on, but I had the same problem. Ordered youtube views a few years ago, never showed up. Ordered channel subscribers 6 months, ago, never showed up. I still have money in my account that I've considered lost because nothing ever happens when I order.

I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months and still have nothing.

Obviously i want a refund, but the refund is not the point, its the time we spend sending countless tickets just to be sent the same answer, but in stead of it coming from Sheila it comes from Mark. Smmfollows are just waiting for people will get tired of the run around and just give up.

These guys are not professional and in my opinion should be banned from this forum.

maybe open a shit list then as i did.. i may have joined 3 days ago but i had another account on here for several years just don't remember the user and password. ur issue is not my issue, i dealt with my issue with the help of this site so this site is my knight in shining armour because smm follows was taking the absolute piss with my orders.

oh i just noticed you're also a part of this shit list thread, I opened many tickets too. kept getting told 24 48 hours refill for ages. messed up my youtube video release. piss poor service

Same problem on my end when it comes to the redirects but it appears as if they fix the problem right now according to the support team and that the panel will be back online again shortly. As for my personal experience, and I have placed a lot of orders with them, I can not complain at all about the quality delivered or even about not receiving a paid service.

we use this company https://connectum.eu/ to process card payments , it's totally impossible for us to see our clients cards
and we don't have any relation with Wix you may ask them about why they charged your card
