SMM Panel views add for revenue earn?

I heard that If I buy views after monetization : (Basically youtube shows the channel or videos on suggested section) - than I heard or read long time ago that: the views will not generate any revenue. You tube ads will not show to the panel views- is it right?

Details: If you place an order for youtube views with any smm panel- than you tube API will show that videos on suggested videos section. When any one click your video from suggested video section: than the ad will not show there- is it true? Because youtube knows that API bought views. So the advertisers will not show the ads on API views or smm panel views.
