slow traffic on adwords

so i just launched a campaign in adwords (content network). I used to spend thousands a day with this campaign now with all things the same i am only spending $100 a day. has my account been sandboxed or penalized for some reason? Anyone experienced this same issue over the last 2 weeks??

if you're still getting impressions i don't believe you're sandboxed - there isn't a "limiter" type sandbox. they either suspend you or they don't on adwords.
just be glad you're still getting impressions
the most likely issue is that someone is outbidding you for the sites you were previoulsy advertising on.

To me it sounds that you have RE-started the campaign.Wait a few days, sometimes it does help. after some restarts i have 10-30% of the normal traffic from content campaigns, and than slowly getting back to normal ( or even higher) level of impressions, and clicks.
