Does anyone know any Wordpress theme that would allow a similar squeeze page layout as per the subject line?

Thankfully, after a few hours on Google, I was able to find a great Wordpress plugin that allows for this type of squeeze page. Apologies for the post. I suggest this thread be deleted as I don't want useless posts to count towards my post count.

It wouldn't be a useless post if you share your findings. What is the name of the plugin? Did it allow you to add the html code from your sample page or did you have to work within the parameters of the plugin? That squeeze page looks great by the way.

Sorry for never responding. Missed your post. The plugin I found was WP Lead Gorilla.
