Skype Marketing Methods

Hey,

So i've got around 1 million demographically targeted skype id's

Is there any method to send a message to all these accounts at once?

I've read somewhere that we aren't allowed to add over 1049 contacts. But anyways I wont be using my real skype account for this. Do you know a bot that would allow me to upload the list and send a message to these ids?

Btw, I just want to send one short message so I wont be spamming **** out of them on regular basis
