OpenLoad - its huge, very huge infrastructure of servers (~1000) located in different countries.
so, only the script will not help to you))

Many video streaming providers are using xvideosharing. It has same functions like openload. You need to have really good knowledge about linux management, programming, video streaming. You will need support team. You also will need lots of servers. If you don't have really good budget I'll suggest you not to try. Good luck!

Do you want to create a site like Openload or need a site you host your stuff?

Creating openload clone is not easy, it'll require lots of budget for buying servers and getting them up and running.
