Hello BHW,
I am looking for someone who is proficient in making Shell Scripts.
Over the next few weeks I have a few rather simple tasks from my University. (compared to real world scripts at least.)
This is for a beginner shell scripting course where I have to solve biweekly assignments.
Since I am rather busy with IM work outside of school I prefer to just outsource these tasks to someone who knows more about it than me.
The first task should take someone skilled enough a maximum of 30-60 minutes.
Following tasks could get a bit more difficult and time consuming but I will gladly compensate your effort.
Task 1 only uses cat, echo, wc, grep, head, tail, cut, sort and tee and is about a simple formatted output to a filename from the input of a fictional program.
And a maximum of 6 call-ups and 5 pipes. Rather simple problem but I am a busy person and will need to catch up on the lesson material later.
If someone is up for this send me a PM here on BHW with your prefered contact information and I will forward you the details and a sample output.
Payment will be discussed over PM, but be assured that I am not someone who shorts people for their effort (especially if done in a timely matter). The later tasks will pay more since the time needed will likely go up as well.
